The water activity team are pleased to be able to offer fun sessions on the River Soar at the LOPC again this year.
Bookings for these sessions are now being taken for the following dates:
May to September 2013
Sessions are being offered in blocks of 5 so you can book for 5, 10, 15 or 20 on a session we believe this will suit most groups’ requirements but if you have a requirement not catered for please e-mail and ask – we can normally accommodate.
Cost
Each block of 5 will cost £25 and any agreed additions to this are charged @ £5 each.

We will then confirm availability of you chosen date / dates
You will then be e-mailed confirmation with an invoice for your session which we ask you pay before your session. This will save us sorting out payments on the night and enables us to get on with having fun on the water.
Following payment you will be sent a receipt.

All sessions take place at the LOPC. Loughborough Road Leicester, LE4 5PN
If you have not been along before why not come and have a go. The team will ensure you have fun and want to come back.
We always love to see new groups come along and we have a boat to suit everyone.
Break Out Canoe Club . . .
runs various activities at Hinckley Water Activities Training Centre on Coventry Road, Hinckley. Many camps and day trips are run throughout the year and ‘Club Night’ runs every Monday night 6.00pm to 8.00pm from April to October

But I cant afford it, No worries. We have never turned down anyone who applied for a bursary yet, whatever cruise they applied for.
We do evening taster sessions in the summer months but unfortunately its too far from Leicester for most people to take part.

our summer programme looks like being:-
4th – 12th July. Cruise the Dutch waterways before heading North to transit the Kiel canal to the Baltic Sea. Cruise fee £440
12th – 20th July. From Kiel cruise Sweden’s southern coast and thread the islands and sounds to Stockholm. Cruise fee £440
20th – 27th July. Cruise the Southern coast of Sweden before crossing to Riga. Cruise fee £385
27th Jul-5th Aug. Race from Riga around the islands of Gotland and Bornholm to Szczecin. Cruise fee £440
5th – 12th August. From Szczecin, cruise the Danish Islands before returning to Kiel. Cruise fee £385
12th – 19th August. Cruise through the Kiel canal and through the Dutch waterways to Amsterdam. Cruise fee £385
19th – 26th August. Cruise the Dutch inland waterways then cross the North Sea to our Home port of Ipswich. Cruise fee £385

Before using your canoes, kayaks, dinghies and powerboats, they must be inspected and registered. Please send your list to: -

Please note, if you registered them last year it helps if you submit the list in the same order. If you have scrapped boats please tell me. If you have new boats please add them onto the end of the list.
