The water activity team are pleased to be able to offer fun sessions on the River Soar at the LOPC again this year.
Bookings for these sessions are now being taken for the following dates:
May to September 2011
Sessions are being offered in blocks of 5 so you can book for 5, 10, 15 or 20 on a session we believe this will suit most groups’ requirements but if you have a requirement not catered for please e-mail and ask – we can normally accommodate.
Cost
Each block of 5 will cost £25 and any agreed additions to this are charged @ £5 each.

We will then confirm availability of you chosen date / dates
You will then be e-mailed confirmation with an invoice for your session which we ask you pay before your session. This will save us sorting out payments on the night and enables us to get on with having fun on the water.
Following payment you will be sent a receipt.
Venue
All sessions take place at the LOPC. Loughborough Road Leicester, LE4 5PN
If you have not been along before why not come and have a go. The team will ensure you have fun and want to come back.
We always love to see new groups come along and we have a boat to suit everyone.
Break Out Canoe Club . . .
runs various activities at Hinckley Water Activities Training Centre on Coventry Road, Hinckley. Many camps and day trips are run throughout the year and ‘Club Night’ runs every Monday night 6.00pm to 8.00pm from April to October

Youth Stage 1/2 Age 10- 16yrs Cost £85
Adult Level 1 & 2 Age 16+yrs Cost £85
These are both 9 week courses
Theory Session Sat 24th March 10am-12am
Practical Sessions Sat 31st March –Sat 19th May 1pm -5pm
Youth Stage 3/4 Age 10-16yrs Cost £75
Adult Level 3 Age 16+ yrs Cost £75
These are both 4 week courses
Practical sessions Sat 18th & 25th Aug 10am-4pm
Practical sessions Sat 6th & 13th Oct 10am-4pm
The courses are run by RYA/Scout Qualified Instructors
Qualifications can be used for CSA and DofE Award work.

Saturdays June – October 1pm -5pm
You can drop in for an afternoon of Sailing without your Leaders, you just need your parents consent cost £5
